TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES

Introduction

EVENTOoperates as a ticket sales agent on behalf of event promoters, venues, artists, and other event organizers (collectively referred to as the “Promoter”). Any statements or representations made by the Promoter about the event, and any associated complaints or claims, are the responsibility of the Promoter and not of EVENTO. The Promoter determines the ticket prices.

Ticket Purchase and Delivery

Upon successful authorization of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a PDF of your ticket(s). This email will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase process. You may print your ticket(s) immediately by clicking the Download link in the confirmation email.

Please treat your ticket(s) as you would cash. They must be presented to gain admittance to the event. The code on the ticket uniquely identifies the ticket and the purchaser, and it can be redeemed only once. If multiple copies of the ticket are presented at the event, the Promoter may refuse entry to all ticket holders presenting tickets with the same code.

Age Restrictions and Concession Tickets

When presenting concession tickets or entering events with age restrictions, you must show appropriate identification. If you do not present suitable identification, you may be refused entry to the event.

Postponements, Cancellations, and Refunds

Tickets purchased online via evento.ticketsare non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation, the Promoter is responsible for handling ticket refunds. EVENTO can facilitate ticket refunds on behalf of the Promoter. If a Promoter authorizes ticket refunds for a canceled event, refunds will be issued only to the original payment card used for the purchase.

Tickets sold through the Promoter’s own agents or directly by the Promoter, where payment was accepted in cash or through the Promoter’s own point-of-sale system, cannot be refunded through EVENTO.

Responsibility and Liability

EVENTO is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event. Any disputes or issues regarding the event are between the ticket holder and the Promoter.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

EVENTO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the EVENTO website.
